Emphasize weakness points. Of course your goals are important. Your weaknesses need to be addressed. For example: Do you have a specific pain in one side of your back? Do you want to grow your weak glutes and core? Is your hip tightness and lagging range of motion troubling you getting down into a squat? Then we must be specific in your plan.
